As part of IM Innovations’ efforts to promote Cinema 4D and connect our growing user community, we held the 3rd Cinema 4D User Networking Session on 10 June 2015.
Many creative practitioners from our industry, both freelancers and those who works in small and big companies such as FOX International Channels, Abundant Productions, The Walt Disney Company, joined us for the evening.
Tim Clapham, who is the Creative Director of Luxx.tv, was the guest presenter. He is an industry recognized expert in Cinema 4D and a renowned trainer, having worked with global advertising companies and broadcast networks. Tim impressed the audience with his show reel, and demonstrated how he used Cinema 4D for some of his projects, such as HBO Asia’s Action Nation campaign and the trailer of Ubisoft’s game, Tom Clancy’s The Division.
Tim shared how Cinema 4D’s motion graphic and simulation tools helped him to model and animate 3D assets in the Action Nation Ident. He also talked about his workflow when creating the trailer for The Division, and how Cinema 4D’s tools allowed him to model a city in a very short time.
